					<description>Well allow me to retort..... &quot;solitaria&quot;, or taenia solium (a parasitic tapeworm) can be a concern South of the Border.  It has been known to cause neurocysticercosis, or adult-onset seizures.  Undercooked pork is a big culprit, so are unsanitary food preparation practices, yadda yadda yadda.  My advice.....if it looks dodgy, smells dodgy, or the person cooking it is dodgy, don't fucking eat it.</description>
