As far as the pork goes...

You let it go until it's done, grasshopper. This is usually 6 hours. But sometimes it's 5 and sometimes it's 7. You can't hurt it letting it go longer, but you have to wait until it falls apart when you rake it with a fork. I put it in by 10am on low just so I know it'll make dinner.</description>

2)You know that Pull-apart pork you have illustrated?  How long do you let that puppy cook?  I'm ashamed to admit my ignorance in matters of crock pottery, as simple as the procedure must be.  But I just gotta make that pork.
