In this week’s column, I give a few sure thing pairings for wine and cheese. Not to imply that you have to have some special, secret knowledge to eat cheese while also drinking wine, but the two foodstuffs can really mess with each other sometimes.

As a cook, I can’t bring myself to read food writing. It’s so annoying. I’d rather be drinking than reading about drinking. But I read your stuff because you make me want to be a better drinker. Peace
