					<description>Interesting article.  I was going to reply to your issue about tasting fees because where I work we don't waive with purchase (something I don't agree with, but not my decision).  Then I got caught up in reading about tasting room employees... how they're usually part-time to avoid burn-out, levels of compensation, etc.  Too bad only 59 wineries in CA responded so I can't get a better idea of how my pay compares.</description>
