					<description>I'm living in Cambodia at the moment and the locals are similarly, um, ecumenical in their approach to animal parts in rice wine, although thankfully I haven't captured any on film.

					<description>Fortunately, there is an abundance of good and inexpensive French wine available in most restaurants, at least in Hanoi where I visited. I was challenged by many things on my visit but saw nothing as icky as this (unless you count the puppies that were kept at a nearby work site -- they were not pets).</description>
