Bubbles To Get You Through Nuke-U-ler Winter

…or at least Friday. OK, a few days back I did a mini-review about the Segura Viudas Aria Pinot Noir Cava, the black label. It’s different from the Normal Aria Cava you see by the glass and on the shelf. It’s pink and delicious.

But I’m following up on that minx because dammit if it didn’t survive in the fridge, even after it’s top blew off and it sat uncorked for god knows how long, for at least five days. Impossible you say? I know what I drank and whence I drunk it. Now, I don’t want to know why or how this bottle is able to last and last and last, but if I had a bar, I would have it on the glass list so dang fast, and I’d 86 milk just to make more room in the walk-in for it.
