Nice article. I particularly enjoy the way you take away much of the snobbery that surrounds wine. Too warm? No need for a million dollar cellar, put it in the fridge. Needs air? No fancy decanter needed, the Kool-aid pitcher will be just fine. In fact, I decided to start importing wine while sipping Dolcetto that had been poured directly into a plastic pitcher from the barrel. It really is okay!</description>
