Me On The Radio Today

I will be on the radio today, talking about one of my new mini-obsessions: Cider. Washington being the Apple Capital of the World, . We have a handful of people making delicious cider. But with people buying orchards like it’s the second gold rush, and craft beer being so successful, the number of people making cider is wee in comparison.
