I've had it since i started bartending 10 years ago. Oddly enough, a sushi chef told me to apply mayonnaise or sour cream to the affected area... apparently this diffuses the acidity that can cause this breakout. I'm going to try it and will let you know if it works. I'd also recommend the "jockitch" spray as well. Go figure..... jockitch spray during the day, sour cream or mayonnaise at night.
