I’ll include my little anecdote from the beginning of this piece, that my editor had asked if I could write anything about lighter winter beers. Having already dashed off a column about the joys of witbier and oysters last year… I stormed the brain and thought, what would you want to eat with your light winter beer, probably take out…Light, white, rice, Japan, Hitachino Nest!
