L’Pow Does Zeppelin Proud

So if you missed this Tuesday’s This “IS” Burlesque 9 with Orchestra L’Pow, you missed… not only a rip roaring tour through the Led Zeppelin catalogue as executed by the band’s mad rock skills, but also…

L'Pow Does Zepplin

Miss Indigo Blue does the “Lemon Song,” Lily Verlaine commanding all 8:28 of “Kashmir,” and Babette La Fave’s sparking “Fool In The Rain,” as well as The Swedish Housewife’s amazing technicolor strip tease to “I Can’t Quit You Baby.”

**Not pictured (if you didn’t go, well, then you just don’t deserve to see): Jo Boobs doing “Black Dog,” singers Dehja and Niceol Blue wailing out the Plant, a bevy of go-go dancers, the blondes raping and pillaging the brunettes during “The Immigrant Song,” and the brunettes rising for “In My Time Of Dying” and a three-way fan dance after.

Yeah, it was only the greatest burlesque rock show of all time. And I’m being modest. The crowd was atwitter, mouths were agape, heads were a bangin’.
