					<description>I don't get how people are outraged over email spam enough to the point that congress has been considering and voting on regulation of such but everyone seems to just accept that snail mail spam (previously referred to as &quot;junk mail&quot;) is something we have to accept. Can't we make *all* spam illegal and throw the perpetrators in jail?</description>
