Quit trying to manage the problem and just react! Quit meeting and start ordering people around! Why can't they put stuff on to railroad cars and get it as close as they can, empty the supplies and fill it with people? Shouldn't the government be commandeering every four wheeler in the 10 state area? Shit, I'm no military genius, but I can think of 20 things they could do that they aren't doing!
