Feed the Baby! Feed the Baby!

Eva Choco for Choice

Everyone: I’d like you to meet Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Crunch Cake w/ Cocoa Nib Brittle. I am so high on chocolate right now, I’m having an anxiety attack. Seriously. I. AM. WIGGING. Also, I’m just putting a huge project to bed tomorrow. I. WILL BE. HURTING. So expect me to be back to drinking soon. Promise.

I thought I’d introduce you to my new friends though. Hi guys! Look at how cute they are! (I had three of them.) A full round up of Chocolate for Choice this weekend… Suffice to say, if one does not have a system of checks and balances for one’s appetite, one should not attend an event with 75 different desserts. One might end up feeling that one’s heart is trying to claw its way out of one’s chest just to talk to the giant meerkat that’s telling one to go to bed. Why is he yelling at me!? But one is not tired! And you’re not the boss of one, Stinky! (That’s his name. You don’t want to know why.)

Where was I? The above dessert was the only entry to use peanut butter. Can you believe it? I mean, duh. Anyhow, Dana, who was representing Eva restaurant, home of the above goodness and one of my favorite places in Seattle, also has a blog. So go make a new friend: Phat Duck.

I just need to talk myself down with a glass of warm milk and a Michael Hutchence bedtime story. And if anyone can get that reference, I’ll send you some good shit. (Shut yo mouth! I’m just talkin bout chocolate.)

Eeeewww…make…stop…back soon…p-p-pounding in my chest…

While I appreciate all of your great reviews, some of us arn’t very politcal. It’s seems to stray from the focus of your site.

  3. feemo Says:

We could never have something so sweet and important down here, not without Cruise attached. You Northwesterners are so cute, you’re almost Canadian!

Eva rocks. I would expect you to think so, you havent steered me wrong yet. Have you ever had the cheese flan appetizer? Wow.

Great meeting you at the event! I had no idea you were so young. Call me doubly impressed.

Ravi - agreed. one more local Iron Chef ripoff and I will puke.

R.U.S. - the focus of this site is whatever the hell i want it to be because it’s FREE.

feemo - nibs are just bits of roasted cocoa beans, you can use them like nuts, though they’re much drier in texture

jill c - woohoo! already know where to send your prize!

B Z C - From your lips to Canada’s ears! Please B.C. annex us, we won’y be any trouble!

fried ono - back at ya, and…I’m not that young. But thank you to the 3rd power for saying so.
